The EFCTap System

EFCTap is a comprehensive electronic fare collection platform designed to streamline public transit operations. Our system consists of three key components:

• Web Application: A powerful tool for municipalities and transit operators to manage fares, tickets, and routes. The web app allows administrators to configure pricing, monitor usage, and optimize transit operations in real-time.
• EFC Client (Mobile App): Available for riders to install on their mobile devices, the EFC Client app enables users to purchase tickets, manage their accounts, and scan their devices to board buses and other transit vehicles. It’s designed for convenience, allowing riders to travel without the hassle of paper tickets.
• EFC Terminal (Bus Terminal App): Installed on buses and other transit vehicles, the EFC Terminal app allows riders to scan their mobile devices for quick and secure boarding. It ensures efficient fare validation and provides real-time data to transit operators.

Together, these components create a seamless transit experience, connecting riders, municipalities, and operators through a unified digital platform.
